Pav Bhaji

Ok , we are going Fast and Quick ..

Boil Aloo in cooker. keep aside.
Boil vegetables in a open pan +salt keep aside ( any veg will be ok..use common sense , i added patta gobhi+shimla mirch +few pieces gobhi+matar)

oil (take bit more than u think is ok )+fry onion + add Ginger garlic paste +fry till golden

add atleast 2 tomatos paste (if no mixer , chop it fine)

fry till it leaves oil.

add vegetables + Aloo (mashed )+ pisa dhaniya +haldi + pav bhaji masala+salt +mix (meduim flame)
Add water + Mix well while mashing more everything.

Every thing was already boiled its up to you till what time you mix let all spices to blend in bhaji.
Cover and keep for 15 minutes without burner on , after u done with mix and mash.

Take buns + some butter in pan and toast them

Add    dhaniya over bhaji+ butter
Eat with Pav and (onions +lemon , if u care to ! )
